The Reserve Liquor Lounge — Restaurant in Pasig

I used to hangout at Reserve a few years back and they renovated the place by enclosing the whole area. Half of it was centralized AC and one side in that area had a couple of curtained booths. We stayed at the back during our visit. Although they’ve maximized the space. There was a lingering smell that was off putting. It was probably the sewage system connecting with the driving range.

They were offering a promo for Johnny Walker. Buy one, take one on their JW cocktails. Johnny Walker Ginger Ale or Johnny Walker cola. I chose the first one, you’ll get the two drinks for Php200. Taste wise it was ok. Something different from my usual JW combo.

For our pica-pica: Cheesy Spam Fritters (Php 235) the Spam wasn’t thickly sliced and same for the cheese portion. Wasn’t happy and impressed with it. Hong Kong Style Street Food (Php 210) also known as glorified fishballs. It was expensive to say the least.

They’ve expanded their menu but the prices for drinks of course increased...

Disappointing Experience at Reserve Pasig Branch Due to Unprofessional Manager (Mark) I recently visited the Reserve Pasig branch and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of the manager. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming. The manager's rude demeanor was immediately noticeable, as they seemed disinterested in assisting customers and lacked basic courtesy. When I attempted to address an issue with my order, the manager's response was dismissive and borderline disrespectful. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a service-oriented establishment, especially from someone in a leadership position. Professionalism and courtesy should be non-negotiable standards, yet they were sorely lacking during my visit. I hope that management takes steps to address this issue promptly, as it undoubtedly affects the overall customer experience. Until then, I'll be hesitant to return to the Reserve...

Aside from being elegant and classy, the receptionists, waiters, and other members are very welcoming and attentive in case one of their customers need anything. 💕 ALSO. The music in this place is just in the right mix in a sense that you can sing along to it while drinking with your friends.
