Edit - so the food quality went down. It's like they think they can give up on the freshness and quality because they're popular place....sad ...I ate there last week for the last time...got sick after eating there..shame.. (
...I wholeheartedly recommend this place..I ate Indian food in many restaurants and in few other countries and this is one of the best I had. We already visited few times and left happy and full each time :) The food is delicious, the portions are ample and the people running this place are very friendly. They serve plenty of your well known dishes but you can ask and if they have ingredients they can make something outside the menu. They also carry Indian beer which goes great with the food served 😉 It's kid friendly and they do serve kids portions/versions of the regular dishes (so your kid can eat regular food that is delicious and not some dry chicken nuggets and fries like you see on other restaurant kids menu). And of course don't forget your mangolasy.😊 It might come a little on expensive side (especially if you order a lot of dishes and go with family) but definitely you get what you pay for.. So if you need lunch or outing with friends /family i greatly...

It’s easy to dismiss this restaurant at first glance. Yet another Indian place and on a busy tourist street, yet the smells coming out of this restaurant convinced me to give it a try.
I’m very glad that I did because not only is this now the best Indian restaurant in tri-city but it might even be the tastiest.
The decor is nothing special but the staff is very friendly and everything that we ordered was nothing short of amazing.
The kebab was juicy and the mint sauce was out of this world.
The butter chicken had such flavor that I started to wonder if perhaps we had received another dish by mistake. This is no ordinary barely tasting butter chicken, no. This was a symphony of flavors.
The chili chicken was more of the Asian fusion flavor profile and offered some tasty chicken with a slightly sweet hot sauce and salty soy flavor. Balanced to perfection this dish cannot get any better.
We got treated to desert and it was just as well balanced and tasty as before.
This is without a doubt my new favorite restaurant and I will eat here as much...
Read moreAfter 3 weeks in Eastern Europe, we were wanting some Indian and ended up in this place. The bartender and waiter were super duper nice and friendly so I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, the taste was just not there, and it was one of the least happy Ive been after eating an Indian meal (we are huge fans and eat it quite often). We ordered the tasting menu for 2. The appetizer round (samosas, 2 types of tikka, and something else) was just okay - not bad but quite forgettable instead of yumminess. Then the mains came - the butter chicken didn't taste like much except it was way sweeter than any I've had before, and the other tofu dish with onions and spices was just too oniony that you didn't taste much of anything else. In the end, we mixed the 2 dishes together to cut down on the sweet of one and the onion-ness of the other and that's what made it palatable. Definitely disappointed with the flavor profile of the place but again, the service was wonderful. Hoping they could improve the taste...
