I was really disappointed coming here, I walked past it a couple of times today and it always looked full so I dragged the family down for our dinner tonight and so sorry that I did. Nobody enjoyed the meals or cleared the plates. The meat eaters (1 ordered steak the other chicken) said the meat was chewy or tough. Myself and my youngest (3 years) always play it safe with a spaghetti Bolognese but it tasted way over salted and not good at all, nether of us wanted to eat it and left most of it. First time for that!
There was also a few of those gnats or fruit flies flying around constantly so we were batting them away all the time. I really wanted to score it a 1 but the lady who served us was very friendly and always had a smile on her face and just gave a nice warm service.
There's also no kids menu or smaller plates option so we had to buy full priced adults meals for a 3 year old and...
Read moreThe food is delicious. The ladies are wonderful - friendly, tag team to get food to tables, Uber eats drivers, pick up. They never rush you to leave even with crowds of people waiting. The prices are amazing especially for next to a hotel. The portions are American huge. I thought I needed a side salad. The beef dish came with fries and salad. As an American I was too embarrassed to ask for ketchup. Fries were very good without salt ( did feel any) pepper or hot sauce. I loved that when a table of Americans did ask for ketchup she dint make fun or mock them. We ate well for $44.00. Stromboli was evenly filled and appropriately sauced. No dry spots and not leaking. We are happy pluff - time difference kill gone, airplane food and airport snacks overridden. If you want to eat watch sports and have good food this is. We are returning tomorrow for pizza after day of...
Read moreReasonable place for a quick lunch. Went there 2 times as I was staying at Corinthia Lisbon (right next door) and was tired of the hotel food. The service was decent, no issues. Had pasta with arrabiata sauce and garlic flatbread - the pasta was ok, the sauce didn't really have a lot of spice as in a regular arrabiata sauce but was decent. The second time I had the salami pizza - good taste but as some of the others observed, it is not the best dough and certainly not like what you get at Naples but I didn't go there with that expectation so all good :). Definitely recommend going there but is more of...
