Flotilla Radisson Royal Moscow — Local services in Dorogomilovo District

I’m writing this comment while on the boat. Although the boat is nice, the service is very bad. The staff is rude, and the hospitality is not good. My wife and I kept asking them to take our order; now, an hour and 24 minutes later, they still didn’t get our order!! They didn’t offer us blankets for the cold weather, even though they offered everyone else blankets! It seems like their staff are either racist or very rude and unprofessional!! The cruise was alright, the food service was so slow, the sever didn’t acknowledge us at all when trying to order, they were all looking down to the floor.

The photography service is the worst service ever with low quality photos.The photographer was Elena and she was the most rudest when printing the photos. The photo I took in radisson ship in Moscow and I was displeased with this service, its a collaboration with smile foto.

Definitely this was one of the best heavenly experience and amazing staff well speaking English and Russian both languages they speak . Also they have amazing service and feel like best food . Infact everything I would rate here is 10/10 . Just loved it and next time I will be coming again for night ride after 8:35 pm in Moscow river .
