The department store itself is pretty good, but I've had an issue with the security staff. As I was leaving the building after purchasing a tee-shirt and some pairs of socks, one of the security staff at the entrance vaguely waved at me, but I did not pay attention to him (and I don't speak Slovenian). His female colleague then followed me out of the building and literally grabbed me by my backpack (!) to ask me to come back inside for a routine check (to check that I had indeed a receipt matching my purchases). I understand that theft is a thing, that the security staff of department stores can perform random checks (although some electronic gates would make thefts more easy to detect and would make these checks less necessary), but in no way is the security staff of any store supposed to physically touch or grab customers unless there are any obvious signs of theft or misbehaviour from a customer! This is a breach of the basic rules of hospitality and business. This is absolutely shameful, and a terrible look to what is otherwise a very nice department store. I will never come back to this store, and I hope this staff gets trained to be more considerate with honest customers.
