Pizzerija in Restavracija Promenada — Restaurant in Upravna Enota Ljubljana

It took about 15 minutes to take our order, but alright, it was quite busy. I did ask for a specific beer, and the waiter repeated the name so he got it right, then brought a different one. As for the food - risotto here is just boiled rice, no wine, cheese, butter, only salt. Chicken in the salad overcooked, fish was alright, although too dry for my taste. It wouldn't be that bad, but for this price - €18 for beef risotto with 5 small pieces of overcooked beef - I expect a bit more. Atmosphere was nice though, next to the river. However there are a lot of other restaurants along the river with the same view, but much better quality...

I don't often leave negative reviews unless things are really bad. Be warned: this place is terrible. Service is hostile at best. Also slow. Our waiter was rude to everyone, and we watched multiple potential customers leave without ordering because if it. I ordered a Margherita pizza and it was just tomato sauce on a crust. Save your money and check out any of the other great places. Setting is pretty but I had to give the atmosphere a one-star rating because of the abuse. Made for a terrible first impression...

VERGOGNOSO, PENSAVO DI ESSERE A "SCHERZI A PARTE"!!!

Location: Oltre alla posizione vicino al fiume, per il resto l'arredamento è molto datato e c'è poco spazio tra un tavolo e l'altro. I bagni, sporchi, hanno i water con le porte bloccate, che si affacciano all'entrata dei servizi igenici.

Menù: per delle pizze incredibilmente gommose e poco farcite, i prezzi sono decisamente alti (esempio per una pizza con prosciutto ed olive 12€) e per non parlare della birra alla spina che era quasi sgasata.

Servizio: Qui la vera croce del locale. il cameriere, dal fare quasi infastidito della nostra presenza (sembrava perché eravamo tutti italiani), quando gli ho chiesto dell'origano perché quasi assente dalla mia pizza, infastidito ha esordito con un tono di sgomento "EXTRA?!!?" e una volta portato ha preteso che lo usassi subito e commentando la mia dose, lo ha subito portato via palesemente per paura che qualcun'altro lo mettesse.

Ma la cosa più grave l'ho tenuta per la fine:

Nella pizza di mia figlia abbiamo trovato un sasso, che oltretutto gli ha scheggiato un dente. Abbiamo chiamato il "simpatico" cameriere per dirgli dell'accaduto e lui con fare menefreghista ha detto che non era una cosa importante e che probabilmente era caduto dal forno durante la cottura. Alchè, siamo rimasti tutti irritati dal sua risposta e dal suo modo di porsi, e decidiamo di mollare li il mangiare, pagare il conto e dire in cassa dell'accaduto. Ma anche lì come risposta riceviamo delle vistose "spallucce" dalla cassiera e dalla sua degna...
