So saddened by my experience here this morning purely from a customer service point of view (not product). Being the only customer there first thing this morning it was seemlingly still a struggle to get some help or direction, after one of the consultants not so willingly offered to assist, she did not help accommodate my brief or budget much, it seemed like I was wasting her time as her colleagues would interrupt our conversation with her very important coffee order rather than strategise solutions with me on what I was wanting to achieve with my design. Really did not feel valued in this gorgeous showroom and grateful for my designer I’m Jhb who has made me feel more welcome and accommodated in the home decorating space. Hoping your other branches I have a better experience as I unfortunately won’t be returning...

hi -re gardens hertex. I enjoyed the coffee shop. Nice service and tea. I have not enjoyed the interaction buying rugs. I have purchased fabric, rugs etc - a number of items. The quality and the options are lovely but the staff are not friendly, seem hassled and tense. No one says hi when you come in - can I help you- things seem old fashioned re how they manage the process; very inflexible - the rugs are a win and draw me in but certainly not the staff. What a outstanding showroom and not to mention the team involved! Im a frequent showroom visitor, on a weekly basis, and for a better place to feel at home away from home is truly a great feeling. The quality of products on offer and the fabric selection at hand is out of this world. I would recommend anyone to make a turn here as you will be welcomed with smiles for miles and a team going out of their way to make your visit and your vision become a reality!
