We've quickly become regulars... highly recommended!! Vintage India offers a large selection of delectable classic North and South Indian dishes, as well as some house specialities that you won't find anywere else (try the Lovable Sandwiches!). They also have a smaller Indo-Chinese selection. Vegan and vegetarian options are plentiful, just ask if the menu is confusing. The service is always friendly and effective and the interior had a proper face lift towards the end of 2017. A few tips: Lunch time is strictly as advertised: they open at 12 and they will gently help you out the door if you are still lingering after 15.00. They may also not let you in if you arrive after 14.30 as this won't allow enough time to serve you properly (ask for a take away!). They open again at 18.00. They often have specials over lunch times, like a free glass of wine with a main meal, or on normal weekdays a discount if you pay cash... as much as 25% if you've ordered main meals. If you can't find parking in the street during the day, try Gardens Centre's undercover or rooftop parking and use the stairs next to Woolworths for an easy route to...
Read moreBeen going since i was still in preschool that we don't need menus anymore and now know various curry dish names off by heart. Now that i can write reviews for my favourite places, i am beyond excitement to share this wonderful place with everyone. Vintage India has always been the place for everyone's birthday celebration, farewell dinner, congratulations party venue or just a simple family get together. They have always made us feel at home by always accomodating our strict diet, and sharing their smiles from start to finish. We are so fond of each memory created with this place that the thought of eating 'Vintage India ' for dinner still creates grins from cheek to cheek and pure excitement.
Thank you uncle and the team at Vintage India for always taking care of us and giving us delicious food. It will always and forever be our home away from home. See you...

They said it will be given to the poor ( very dodgy argument), but I told them that that is my choice. After an argument I finnally got to take away my rice that I ate from and I was warned next time not to do that. There won't be...
