Despite being next to the in city air terminal and servicing many foreigners, this place almost always miscooks your steak with a Korean attitude in mind. Medium-rare becomes medium-well, so if you are ordering, be sure to specify multiple times that you really want it at rare or medium-rare--probably even say "very pink" or "red inside" to drive the point home. I usually have to send back the first steak anyway--which they are always good about--but that's a waste of time and steak and I can't eat properly with the rest of the group. I was expecting the service and the food to be like TGI however, it was completely different. The service was great and the staff professional. We ordered the menu at KRW 115,000 and it was more than enough. Soup / pasta / steak with fries, salad and shrimps / coffee and drinks for 2 person. Disappointing. Front desk and wait staff were good. Ordered a risotto, garlic ribeye, and filet, which we asked for well done and no rawish red meat or blood. We emphasized that with the waiter multiple times during our conversation Service was fast and the main course was delivered in 15 minutes The risotto was great. The ribeye was fatty but ok. The filet was smothered with garlic and was medium rare ar best. with blood oozing out. They offered to put it back on the grill, but by that time my wife was turned off and didnt want any of the filet. I tasted it and it was not edible. I like Outback, just not...
