Me and my friends have alway loved this place. The price of a set with unlimited Naan is pretty reasonable (I remember it’s 57,000won for 2 person).
In our several times of experience being here, their Naan is always great, served hot and crispy. Especially recommend the garlic flavor. Their salad is fresh. Their all meat types are tender and fresh. Their sauces are all really well made, including salad sauce and all types of curry. We always finish them. Drinks are just okay compared to their extraordinary dishes. Will always come when we are hungry and craving some Indian food.
Btw I’m not an Indian, or from India or an expert of Indian dishes, so I won’t say I know how authentic this restaurant is in terms of Indian dishes. But I can say that their food quality is pretty good in terms of flavor and freshness of ingredients. The restaurant also has a really good interior design and atmosphere.
The two person seating could be a bit too narrow for the meal, but when the restaurant is less busy, they always offer 4 seaters for 2.
They always have wet wipes and napkins on the side too which is really convenient as it could get really messy using hands to eat through the meal.
All in all I highly recommend this place if you’re in COEX and looking for some tasty Indian...
Read moreI recently visited Agra, an Indian restaurant in Korea, and while the interior was stunning with a great view, the service was a huge disappointment. The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves and using their phones rather than attending to customers. They barely walked around to check on tables, making it difficult to get their attention.
It’s a real shame because the food was excellent, and the chef clearly knows what they’re doing. But with such an unprofessional team serving it, the overall experience was frustrating. If this level of service is normal in Korea, it’s truly unfortunate. The owner should seriously review security footage and see how the staff behave—laughing and talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers instead of doing their jobs.
Great ambiance and amazing food, but completely ruined by an inattentive, disinterested service team.
Truly a waste. Highly not...
Read moreI had experience of having lunch there, and it was not as I was expecting. Our order was the Bombay Set menu. It contained: Chicken tandoori Chicken Curry White rice Naan Cold drinks We had an option to choose Curry and cold beverages. We were a group of 3, so we ordered three different Curries. Cold beverages were cola and Lassi. Tandoori chicken was too garlicky and was coated with additional curry apparently. Which made it tastes terrible. Curry, which was labeled as mild, was sweet, and the spicy one was too much garlicky and weird tasting. Third Curry was of good taste. Lassi was too sweet to drink. It was like they added the yogurt to sugar, not sugar to yogurt. Naan was severally undercooked. Price was economical, but with that taste, it felt like a bit rip off. The staff was nice. The sitting space is ok. I would certainly not recommend this restaurant if you are interested in...
