I bought a PC from here early November during the blackfriday sales. The employee was very helpful and had a lot of knowledge about PCs and helped pick out the best parts for the budget I had.
Everything went smoothly until I received the PC. I was not satisfied with the performance of the motherboard so I chose to switch out the motherboard for a different one under the 30 day satisfaction guarantee as promised by PC Componentes. I did not want to make any mistakes sending the PC back myself so I brought the PC in person to the physical store. I also brought my Spanish friend to translate so that there were no misunderstandings on what I wanted to do. We specifically told the employee that we ONLY wanted to switch out the motherboard and replace it with another one. We made sure to ask if that was possible and that there would be no issues doing that. They told us it was possible, that there was nothing to worry about and the PC with the new motherboard will be sent back in the next few days.
I received a notification within the next few days saying "Caso cerrado" even though my PC was not delivered. We called customer service and they told us my PC was disassembled and that there was nothing they could do. It's been almost 3 weeks since and I've been trying to get in contact with customer service MULTIPLE times but I have not received any response to this day. I have been patient because I know there are a lot of customers but at this point it's starting to feel unprofessional.
They wasted over a month of my time, I lost money for the assembly fees, all the parts I bought during the sale are back to their regular prices and I still have not received a response. I made sure I told time multiples times that I only wanted the motherboard switched out, I did not ask for my PC to be disassembled.
Update: They offered to build a similiar PC for the same price. Before we got started with the procedure, I made sure to tell them I wanted the exact same build with the motherboard switched out.
They offered an older model of the case because the one I requested was out of stock, but the motherboard was the same. I've stated multiple times that I wanted the motherboard switched out, that is what caused the issue in the first place and they still gave me that exact same build as before. As of right now, I have contacted them to resolve this new issue.
Update: The customer service responded fast and managed to switch out the motherboard with an extra fee (because it's a more expensive model). Everything was sorted out on the same day.
For initial purchases and orders, the customer service is really friendly and the employees from the store are really helpful and caring. Hopefully you won't have any issues after your purchases so you won't have to deal with the after sales customer service.
Overall, I would say the company tries their best to give good support to their customers but they really really struggle with fast responses and updates regarding the orders/issues. I had to go out of my way to contact them on multiple platforms so that they responded to my ticket. They make sure the problem gets resolved but the time it takes for it to get resolved is horrendous. It wastes a lot of time and money for the customer to get it sorted but at least it gets resolved. Hopefully the response time for the customer service improves...
Read moreI ordered a laptop on the website, they presented a very short delivery delay, which matched my project (new urgent job) I could have chosen to pick up at the shop but because of the favorable presented date, I chose delivery. They add one day at each checkout step, then when you proceed to order, the first email containing the estimate is again days later. You start with a couple of days away, you end up with more than a week. I needed this computer urgently. The order was late in the evening, the next day at first light, I tried to change the order to a product which is in stock, they say by email (it took 3 hours to make some progress with them) that I must cancel the order then order a new one. Now I'm their credit bank, because they have my money, I got no product, I'm waiting for them to refund, while I must find a different shop (they will never get my money again) where I will pay one more time. My card even bounced the payment at the other shop because of this issue, I had reached some ceiling. I recommend avoiding this company if you are not very patient. Probably most of their products are not in stock, the ones that are, are at least a week away, but they will say just a couple of days to make you order, then prepare to wait for a while. If you change your mind, they will force you to cancel and announce that you can wait 2 to 5 days to refund. This is bad. I tried many companies that sell computers and parts, they always accept to change the orders, because they would lose orders if they don't. Apparently this company has no interest in keeping customers, they are not efficient, and use shady delivery dates exaggeration to make you order. (Edit) My girlfriend used her account for this order, as of today, one week after we ordered, the refund money is still not in her account, if they ever do it at all, they are very slow to give us...

¡¡¡¡Esta es la experiencia de compra más ridícula que he vivido en 20 años de mi vida!!!! ¡¡¡¡Nadie con derechos humanos debería ser sometido a un trato irrazonable en esta tienda!!!! ¡¡¡¡Manténgase alejado de esta tienda poco profesional para siempre antes de ser estafado por esta tienda!!!! He comprado su ordenador en noviembre de 2023, compró el ordenador desde el principio de la CPU es malo, tres meses después de que el grave impacto en mi uso me llevó a tener que solicitar el servicio post-venta, la primera vez después de la reparación dijeron que no ha habido uso del problema por completo, los resultados de la computadora en mi ordenador transportado de nuevo a la época en que en realidad ponen en mi embalaje sólo unas pocas hojas de espuma, lo que llevó a mi equipo en el transporte de la computadora fue seriamente dañado incluso el ¡chasis estaba dañado! Entonces, ¿por qué debería pagar 5000 euros por un ordenador de alto rendimiento? ¡¡¡¡Nunca prestan atención a ninguna actitud del consumidor!!!! ¡¡¡¡Son muy superficiales, no quieren ser responsables en absoluto!!!! ¡¡¡¡¡Y no pueden arreglar nuestros ordenadores en absoluto, responden a las malas críticas de una estrella mucho más rápido que su número de teléfono de atención al cliente, su número de teléfono de atención al cliente en inglés nunca tiene personal, después de 40 minutos de marcar cuando su operador de atención al cliente en inglés coge el teléfono pero cuelga inmediatamente porque me oye hablar en inglés, increíble !!!!! ¡¡¡¡Esta es una empresa fraudulenta y dudo que sus fuentes de suministro sean legítimas ya que tengo constantes problemas de hardware con mi ordenador, lo que demuestra que su hardware es más o menos casi siempre defectuoso!!!! ¡¡¡¡Hacedme caso, si no queréis ser como yo y perder 6 preciosos meses de vuestra vida discutiendo con esta repugnante empresa estafadora sobre derechos de los consumidores que no les importan en absoluto, abandonad inmediatamente cualquier idea de comprar en esta empresa!!!!...
