I have bought several presents and a few things for myself in this store. Great stuff. However do NOT expect cordial customer service. In three (3!!!) different occasions I have found myself having to show the salesperson that the price as indicated on their shelves for the product I was buying was cheaper than what they were charging me. In all those three instances they agreed that it was their mistake but unfortunately they "had to charge" me the actual price which was always a five or more Euros difference.

If you try to explain to them how it is not the customers responsibility to know their prices, they immediately get argumentative with no sense whatsoever of what customer service is about.

I give it three stars for the convenience of finding all their merchandise in one place but frankly, you can find it all in many other places. Don't...

The best shop I found in Barcelona. Smelled lovely and was a hippy/naturists dream! Some stock was overpriced- small mineral Buddha for 22 euros was far too expensive and I was unwilling to pay so much for such a small item, although beautiful and natural I was disappointed it was so expensive and couldn't buy it. One staff member was friendly, the other could have been friendlier but I would visit again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona who is interested in this type of shop. Esta tienda de productos de exoterismo verdaderamente a no me interesa para nada. Soy un hombre que no paro a mirar estas cosas. Pero mi mujer yo hemos ido siempre y fuimos clientes pero hemos decidido no volver para nado. La última vez asistimos fue a principios de septiembr. Entramos para buscar un mineral en concreto y estaba ayudándote a encontralo para mi mujer. Cuándo en un momento se cayo una bandeja de madera muy pequeña con un tipo de artilujio con cuarzo rosa. Se calleron dodos al suelo y uno de ellos tenia el palo y la cueda de cuarzo rosa y se rompió a pedazos. Lo coji y lo compré roto por todos los lados. Mi mujer cuando fue a caja le pregunto a la dependienta que cuanto me había cobrado y respondió 12€. Mi mujer se sintió aludida y mal que salió por la puerta y le dejo cosas encima del mostrador y hasta hoy. Hay tiendas en la que se rompen cosas a los clientes todos los dias del año y los vendedores suelen decir. No se preocupe, tranquilo no se preocupe. Mi mujer pensaba que por estar el cuarzo rosa a trozos solo me pediría 6€, pero no fue así. Y hasta hoy, no hemos vuelto, ni pensamos volver.
