Decathlon — Local services in Barcelona

I have purchased these goggles like a week ago and it always get foggy when I go under water. Even you can’t swim for 30 seconds with it, it gets fog again and again on the glasses. I went to the store to change it and the girl who works there with glasses at the store denied to get it back, I was regular client of the decathlon but now their quality is going down than the Temu. It’s just a trash. Decathlon items are highly not recommended. Wanna rate it with zero. Just wasting of money.

I have visited the store and told them about everything that these goggles are faulty and the cap is getting fade in just few weeks. The material of the decathlon is going worst and worst, they denied to change and return it even the manager don’t accept that. I am gonna viral the video about worst material what decathlon is using and then regret to accept that. Business actually means customer’s satisfaction but here it’s not...

Absolutely unacceptable customer service as I was treated like a thief. The sensor didn’t go off, I had my paid receipt, but I was still forced to unload everything and rescan all the products at the self-checkout. Why? Because I asked for a plastic bag. That’s it.

Not a single word of apology. Not during the incident, not after I complained. Just blank stares and complete indifference. A simple “sorry for the inconvenience” would’ve gone a long way — but clearly, customer respect is not part of the training here. Only repeated word: pay 1,40 euros for the bag. You have spent 50 euros, you can buy one. And repeated several times.

Fix your machines — they clearly don’t work properly — and maybe hire staff who actually care whether customers are treated with basic decency. Until then, don’t expect loyalty from people you treat...
