The service is 5 star awful first i went to 3 different stores to buy a xiaomi scooter. Ive called and they told me that it is available in Finestrellas after walking 10 minutes i have to wait an hour to wait just to be attended by unpleasant staff to buy the scooter they told me that its not available. Then i went again to Media Mart in Casanova because they told me it is available there so i rush to go there but again its not available at the store and the worst part is there is a employee at casanova who is disrespectful and not doing his job well because i consulted him first and other personnel and the first dude got agitated why i consulted again because i needed the scooter urgently. And i have to argue with the first dude telling him it is my right to ask anyone because i needed that scooter urgently. So they offered me another model but im not interested anymore because of that bad behavior of that personnel at Casanova. I went again in Fontanella MediaMart becuase in finally decided to buy online in online it indicated that in 30 minutes the product will ready to pick up. I waited inside the metro around almost an hour inside metro station because it was cold that day but they called me it will be available at 2 days. Now almost 3 days and still the scooter is not yet available. What the hell is this store service is??? It is a joke. Disrespectful personnel, bad online service, waste of time, tell your personnel to be respectful and be patient with costumers, comply what you post in your web and stop indicating we can pick the product at the store in 30 minutes after purchase....
Read moreOPPO section - THE WORST experience in my life. In July 2023, I bought an OPPO Reno10 Pro 5G that had a promotion: you get a smartwatch and headphones as gifts. I bought the phone, and the OPPO team in this MediaMarkt submitted the gift request for me. Firstly, they didn't do it correctly, so the request wasn't delivered, although I went to the stote several times after the purchase, asking them to confirm the request or send a new one, since I didn't receive any notifications.
They'd say that everything was okay and I'd receive the gifts next week, then next week, then next week. As a result, until NOW, I had to go to the store EVERY WEEK since July and EVERY TWO WEEKS in autumn and winter, asking when I'd receive the items.
They'd always call their manager named David, but then nothing would happen.
FIVE months later, I finally managed to pick up the headphones, after around 20-25 visits to the store, which is unimaginable!
Finally, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED the smartwatch, although it's clearly mentioned listed on the receipt/ purchase invoice/ factura de compra. The OPPO employees keep on telling me that they're obliged to provide these items, but then they wouldn't do anything about it.
It's January and I'm still waiting, since July!! The team wouldn't give me any contact information I could use to reach the manager. They'd take my phone, save it and send it to the manager, saying that he'll "call you very soon", and then nothing would happen. Again and again.

I only buyed two products, and the experience was worst than anything else. First product, gets faulty after only one week. Second ,a pc screen that gets faulty after an usage of 3 days.
Now this is awesome: I send it to reparation and after 3 weeks come back with the same problem without anything solved. I put complain, I send it as urgent, almost another 3 weeks later and no answer. I contact the cust service, they respond after several days if you r forcing and spamming the chat and the say:" we dont speak english//sorry for the abuse, we are in Spain" making fun of a clt who is having a problem.
How is even possible when all the services in the world even a street corner store deliver customer service in english they dont?!
During the small talk with them I realised from what they were saying that they give robotic messages and dont even know what is my problem, their customer, and are not even interested to help with it.
I asked them to confirm my problem and they stopped replying....because THEY HAVE ZERO IDEA.
I contacted already customer service, they will help me if needed and when all of this is done im going to post online all the pictures with the chat and info.
