So disappointing and so rude left the store in tears, Zara was on a last chance with me anyway and this has made me know I will never ever shop with them again. They refused to take a dress back for literally no reason and were so unhelpful speaking in Spanish about me while I was stood there saying there were marks on the dress. I haven’t even taken it out the bag just changed my mind on the colour and the cut of the dress I just knew it wouldn’t be flattering I didn’t even bother trying it on I just bought it and knew I would return it unless it surprised me by looking nice. The sizes are so un-inclusive and the quality is bad and the w staff are so over the top and treat you like some sort of criminal. I will never ever risk shopping there again, 0 respect from the staff in this particular store and refusing my refund for no reason whah so ever. Read moreThe merchandise is nice and ok in design and quality hence the Stars...What seemed most unbelievable was the attendant at the register I was at, she was so impolite and rude we were surprised. She rang me up, charged my US card, I signed, then she asked for my ID which I had left at the hotel. She said she couldn't sell me the stuff after charging me and wouldn't give me back my card. :) Nice try on her part. So she kept the clothes, the receipt and my bank card. Can you imagine? My husband was at the front of the store, I called him and they were fine with that. I used our same card the previous day at the same store and one other absolutely without needing my ID. This woman has full gray hair in Bob style with lots of make up. I took a photo of her but cannot post.
