Two months ago I was in Barcelona and bought two books from this store. There was an offer, which said that the second book would be half priced but the cashier didnāt remember to put the discount. I payed but realized that is it the wrong price and told her immediately. She wanted to correct it and asked for my Card again, a colleague even came to help her cause she didnāt know how to do it. I thought I would be reimbursed, instead I was double charged. When I s my app that I wasnāt reimbursed but double charged I went back to the store to show one of the cashier, who had helped the other girl, that forgot to put the discount. She told me that I would be reimbursed for sure but it would take up to 3 days. She also told me, that in case I donāt get reimbursed I could ask in a German store to be reimbursed. Itās been over a month now and Iāve still not gotten my money back. Iāve called numerous times, the number doesnāt go through and nobody ever picks up. I sent a dm on Instagram, no reply. I ended up calling a store here in Germany to ask for help. They fowarded my mail but nobody got back me. I contacted customer service to ask for help, they said they couldnāt help me and even refuse to provide an E-Mail or number from store. They said I should go back to store in Barcelona. Iāll gladly do that, if they pay my flight ticket. Iām really tired of running after my money. Iām never buying at that store again, this is just beyond disrespectful. But my order was cancelled two times without a reason so I decided to come by myself. But when I came there and asked the guy where can I find it he just said that itās not available and didnāt even wanted to show me where I can look by myself. When I ask him if he could search by a code of items which I had prepared, he refused and said literally āTrust me We almost live here, itās not in stockā and when other lady was trying to help me he also said to her that itās not available so she didnāt help too.
The curiosity is that I came to the place the lady pointed to where the game should be IT WAS THERE. There were plenty of them and they are visible, itās not that theyāre hide somewhere.
Just because this guy thought that he knew everything and refused to check by the barcode or even to have a look it was amazingly terrible experience.
It was my first time buying from you and I think it will be the last one because Iāve spent so much...
