Fashion city - Tienda de Moda — Local services in Benidorm

We bought a products for 400 euroes (A handbag) - unfortunately the lock went out of function after few month. We gave it to them to get it repaired (When we were in Spain again) And few month later they had not even repaired it. It is obviously within the guarantee period.

We told them that and how we should proceed from here and then they didnt anser and chose to ignore us.

When paying that much the products should last for more than 6 month. I dont know how we proceed from here, but we will either contact the brand directly (Who normally provide guarantee, so maybe its fake products that they sell?) or/and a police complaints or whereever to complaint in Spain. Ps. We are still looking forward receaving an answer from you...

Ladies: Stay away from this horrible place if you don't like to be fat shamed! I have never written a review but feel obliged to, as I have never experienced such impudence.

I was constantly followed around by a very eager sales clerk, and when I finally decided to try something on they refused. Apparently I was too big for the dress I wanted to try on. The stuff dont know how to speak with clients,get shoes for presend from here after 10 days the skin of the shoes inside all felt off,come to the store for change it after they find my receipt call me to come bring the shoes,i brink and ask to change they said they not gonna change now because the ofice has to contact the mark of the shoes and ask for refund😀 but the problem what i get the shoes from them shop but the shop dont want to take responsobility and change me the shoes or give the refund..not first time problems with his shop.. recomended stay away the prices its much higher than in normal shops and...
