Después de dos años y medio usando el teléfono sin problema se me rompe la pantalla. Acudo a este lugar para que me la cambien, lo cual hacen sin problema. En un mes se me ha caído dos veces y se ha roto por diferentes sitios en cada caída. Caídas normales como las que he podido tener en los dos años y medio anteriores. Acudo nuevamente porque hay dos meses de garantía y se niegan a asumir nada. Dicen que es mala suerte. Que nadie acude a quejarse por eso con todas las que cambian. No se si es que me han puesto un material diferente y malo, o no estaba bien puesta la pantalla, pero no es normal que se rompa tantísimo en tan poco tiempo a la mínima caída y además, no asuman responsabilidad alguna ni faciliten una posible solución que no sea que vuelvas a pagar una pantalla nueva sin garantías de que a la primera caída no se rompa.
