Chronically understaffed. The team is working hard yet the service is unacceptably slow. It took 5 minutes for the menu to arrive. We waited a further 10 minutes before asking for our order to be taken. One item then arrived 5 minutes later. The second item took a further 20 minutes to arrive, ruining a shared breakfast together. The food and ambience are fine, but severely let down by the service, which can be avoided by being appropriately staffed at known peak times for the sake of their customers and their own hard working staff.

To the unprofessional reply by the restaurant, yes the comment is double because the negative experience affected two people, as it was a shared experience. With regard to empathy, please have some to your staff, delayed dishes and services has nothing to do with being in a rush, it’s just common F&B etiquette.

Slow service yet very quick at blaming others for management downfalls, Pathetic and selfish, hence will change the rating from two starts to one.

This was nearly a 2 star review but I don't want to damage a small business doing their best.

As other reviewers have noted, it took 10-15 mins for our order to be taken. I didn't particularly enjoy the Americano I ordered but it had caffeine which is what I needed. The crepe was under-cooked, doughy. French toast with bacon and egg was lovely but I'm quite sure it was brioche rather than french toast. We asked for 2 fresh OJ's, we were given 1 bottle of pineapple juice, by that point we didn't have the energy to complain and just drank it. The power went out. It took them 3 attempts to provide an accurate bill (they tried to charge for the OJ that didn't arrive).

I think we were unlucky, language could have been a barrier too. The seats outside look really cool, I recommend visiting if you can sit outside and enjoy...

This cafe is amazing! The staff are all extremely friendly and relaxed - they do great coffee and great pastries, and I also love there fruit/ breakfast bowls.

I was trying to find somewhere in Cadiz to work for a few hours on my laptop - and this is the perfect spot! The staff are very happy to let you sit there and work and I felt very relaxed to spend a few hours there at the bar. As well as this, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and food/ drink!
