Saw this reviewed by Spain Revealed on YouTube so decided to check it out myself and very glad I did too. It is not open every day so check opening days and times. My family and I went at 8.30pm on Tuesday evening and sat at a small table by the bar with 4 stools. We we given a free plate of potatoes and carrots in oil and garlic. It was a cold dish but oozing flavour. It was truly delicious. We then ordered the sizzling shrimps in oil and garlic, Iberian ham croquettes and pork cheeks on a bed a fries. All were extremely good and the service was polite, efficient and of a manner that made you feel very welcome and comfortable. The service was attentive and even though we could manage very little Spanish the waiter was patient and understanding and we ended up with everything we wanted. I tried a recommended local red wine and thar was spot on and inexpensive at €3.90 a glass. Altogether, for 4 of us it was just shy of €60. Highly recommended and I recommend seating...

I agree with the comment left by my countryman Wojciech. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary.

The place looks really cozy from outside, but is kind of almost crossing the line with being too „tourist oriented”. For example: It’s best only order from the menu if you are not a regular customer there, because they might trick you (or ask for the price beforehand) I also asked for a glass of wine and got really small amount, like 100 ml, so i had to ask to pour me some more (which is awkward to do in Spain, the paradise of wine). Only then I did it I was told: ah sure ok I will open another bottle.

Overall the food was good, the waiters ok, the place really cozy- but it was totally missing that something, the soul it looks to have from the outside- the authenticity, where you are being treated equally...

Very Poor communication in English. Wanted a cod for 22€ but it was out of stock so isnted the guy offers me a seabas and says same price which is not on the menu 😐. Well it turns out that was 30€ not 22€ and it was the smallest seabass i have ever seen. Additionally I asked for garlic prawn half portion and I got full one, when it came it to pay i asked why it was so much the guy replied sorry we don't do half portion for shrimp. ( like yes thank you for telling me that earlier) And to top it off the beer was the smallest one I have gotten in Spain. In conclusion I overspent 50€ for pretty average meal with rather poor service. Oh and the funniest part they charge you for Bradstick they are not...

One of the best dinners that I ever hade in a long time. Owner was very gracious to offer nos a table in an already completely reserved restaurant. Our waiter completely understud the kind of wine that we want to have with the dinner and offered a sample to see if I was looking to drink something like that one. The shrimps al ajillo brought me memories of the one make at home, the offers us potato’s and carrots in a onion , garly vinegar and oregano that remind me the one only my mother and grandmother used to made. The gambas al ajillo and the steak solomillo was out of this world !congratulations To the chefs and owner!!! What a great experience!

Not the cheapest place but great and authentic atmosphere, with delicious food and attentive service, definitely recommend! We were offered the wine to taste first before pouring, and a free “tapa” to go along. From there, every dish was lovely and the (sizzling) garlic prawn was definitely the star🤩 Bread basket was also refreshed throughout the meal. We arrived close to 2 pm on a Saturday, place was just over half full (it’s a cruise day). By the time we left a crowd was outside waiting for their tables. (If you enjoy seeing/hearing all the actions, sitting at tables next to the bar is the way to go)
