Potential to be a useful bundle for Granada attractions, but too many problems to wholeheartedly recommend. Review for 24hr card but similar for 48, 72. TLDR issues: unclear information, bus passes, attractions hours, overall value.
First, card comes by email. Complete lack of information on when the card begins use - only states the date of start and next day finish, so I don't know when I can start visiting attractions. The website seems to say that it begins at Alhambra visit for the 48/72hr card but no information for 24hr card. How can I make full use of the card then?
Second, the bus pass seems to be an issue for many years. Tried all four machines, one worked. The fact that they haven't fixed it still is ridiculous, one of their responses from 2 years ago suggests that you can send images of bus tickets for a refund but that's not a solution. Also, they should have machines at entries like the bus station, train station, airport, as I had to pay for that part. One good thing, this pass had four days validity so could use in later days as well.
Third, the rest of the attractions. No summary of information on location, open hours etc of attractions makes it very hard to plan your trip. Most are only open 10-5, and close on Mondays, and while it's fair that people should check, it's especially unethical to charge same price on Mondays (I think the only place open is the cathedral), and regardless you cannot see many places. The tourism board should also realise that Alhambra is by far the city's biggest tourism attraction, so people will plan their trip around this, and it's ridiculous to suggest that people change dates for less famous attractions.
With this overall, it is barely possible to get your money back but is not a good deal. 24hr card 48eur. Alhambra 12eur, 9x buses 20eur, tourist bus tour 7eur, a few attractions total 20eur worth, and you can maybe break even. The issues also make it a stressful experience to use. Please make some improvements, and it could be a useful bundle to see more of the city than...
Read moreWe were in Granada first week of May 2024, purchased two â48 hoursâ Granada cards, to use the Transit, one has to get a Bus Card from certain tkt vending machines. Almost all the âGranada Cardâ vending machines were out of cards. We were directed to a Tourist office, where after lining up for 15 mins we were told âthis is a State (province) office, for Granada Card you have to go to City Tourist officeâ. Upon reaching the City tourist office, we found itâs only open till 2.30pm on weekdays. Literally we had to buy transit tickets to go around and use Bolt and Uber. If the City office needs my Granada Card barcode, I can send it to them. We only used it to enter a couple of monuments. It was...

I bought the Granada Pass for 72 hours, but I wouldn't recommend it. Many included museums were closed or opened late (10 am), meaning you miss out on about 70% of the attractions. You can't get free bus tickets online or at the main bus station, so you'll need to purchase them separately on your first day and most probably on the second day to collect your free tickets! Be careful, the website is misleading; it automatically sets the pass start date to match your Alhambra visit, and customer service wonât help with corrections, just suggesting you buy a new pass. Overall, I was...
