Levi's Ibiza — Local services in Ibiza

I visited this store last year on Holidays and purchased Levi’s T-shirt’s for all the family. Tonight i visited the store again with My partner to do the same. Lovely Store, everything organised, priced very well for the sale. I spoke to a kind young female assistant who did offer to help. Unfortunately when my partner was looking at shirts this tall skinny horrible young Man that works there rudely looked down and Said “i’ll find it better than you let me find it” grabbed the bunch of shirts of my partner and went to the cash desk! This guy has very very bad customer services, He treated my Partner like a dog and left her very very upset! I have worked in the retail Business for 25 years in Ireland and never heard such rudeness, discourteousness, disrespect from this smart out Guy, my Partner left upset and I was unknown to what had happened, I went back and spoke to the Lovely Lady assistant and she said I know I apologise. This guy needs to be removed from the shop floor, he is No Good and Portrays the Levi’s brand in a very bad way and negative manner! An absolute lack of diplomacy, and worst behaviour I have ever come across!

Pleasantly surprised to have such great service, especially by Stephania who spoke perfect English unlike other stores in Ibiza. She helped me choose a great outfit and had amazing knowledge of the brand - thanks so much...
