We took 6 lessons, during them all of us were able to stand up on the board and enjoy the kitesurfing! Instructors are highly competent, patient and great teachers! If that’s not enough, you can even charge your inner calmness, motivation and energy from them at the same time, e.g. you can see in Matteo’s eyes that spirit where he really wants to be in the water all the time and enjoys every bit of kitesurfing. A year ago I did a couple of sessions at the other school and I can for sure say that OFFSHORE school is a better one. Here’s why: Radio: it’s mounted on your helmet and makes a huge difference, especially if something doesn’t work out for you in the water. Boat: they take you to a different location according to where the wind and conditions are better on that day. Trying out a waterstart in a hazard free and safe environment is important, we appreciated it + the boat trip can be counted as an “attraction” by itself 😂 Instructors: you will need to learn a lot of things, kitesurfing is not an easily “catched” sport. In this journey you will make mistakes and/or something won’t work out smoothly. The people who teach you in the beginning are extremely important. They guide you to build your basics in the correct way. Competent and confident guys will make you feel safe, in control, progress gradually and most important adapt and point out your individual level mistakes for a smooth learning experience. All your questions about kitesurfing will be answered! Passion: these guys really love what they do and with this sensation you will get “infected” along as well.

Great experience for teenagers. My 3 teenagers (15 year olds) wanted to try kite surfing. I did a bit of research to try to find someone who was safety conscious and a package I could afford for 3! We picked the 5 day package for beginners.

Antione was fantastic. He was really happy to explain everything to me, to reassure me about all of the safety elements and that was just the start!

He collected the kids each day from our house in Lajares and from what they said he was a great instructor who really wanted them to learn and enjoy their experience.

There is a lot to learn in kite surfing and Antione really took time to help them gain confidence at each step.

They loved going out on the boat for the last 2 days to the ocean and practicing with Antione and his team .

For me, it was great to be able to give the kids the opportunity to try something that they could never do at home and have some great memories of their holidays.

Thanks to Antione they learned a new skill, gained confidence in the ocean and had a great time.
