Mixed feelings and honestly a bit disappointed. I visited with my sister to give her a birthday present as we are twins and while the iris photography itself was unique and beautiful, the process of buying felt uncomfortable. Prices weren’t discussed until after the photos were taken even though I asked the seller prior to everything his reply was "don't worry we will discuss everything after". We were then asked about frame type, gloss, and size without knowing how those choices would affect the cost. When we chose the smallest option, the man subtly questioned our choice as to why we are going for the smallest option to then quote us €500 which was completely unexpected.

We ended up going for a smaller lightbox version for €240, which we only learned about after expressing concern but also that felt steep too. Later, we found out we from my friend who also did this that we could’ve just bought a digital version which was never offered to us. What’s frustrating is that the website or banner says “starting from €49” but what is €49 even for? That price point was never explained or offered.

To top it off, the digital version we received by email after I purchased the box frame wasn’t the same quality as the one we were shown in-store. Colors and resolution seemed off.

Overall, while the concept is beautiful, I wish we had been shown all the options straight away: digital, canvas, lightbox with clear pricing upfront. It would’ve made for a much more honest and enjoyable experience. Instead, it felt like a pushy upsell and a bit of a tourist trap. We had a wonderful experience today with our family at the iris studio, thanks to Salma. She took the time to explain everything in great detail, offering unique and literal "insights" ;) into our eyes that were both fascinating and personal. While she mainly spoke Spanish, I was pleasantly surprised by how fluent her English was—and how effortlessly she switched between languages to help multiple customers at once. You can really tell that Salma does her job with passion and a genuine heart for people. She made the whole experience feel thoughtful and special....

Pop on to Iris Galerie's concept, I can say was the highlight of my holidays! Wonderful Victoria and her fellow colleague, were speaking fluently 3 languages between them and managed to create a very cosy environment for the guests! Victoria was genuinely bubbly and smiley and was so passionate about the art pieces that she was giving me awesome details about my iris!! She elaborated on the materials/sizes/prices, so I could make the right choice . Last but not least, item had to be shipped, and has been delivered perfect and immaculate! Thank you...
