I recently dined at La Bouganvilla Malaga, and regrettably, my visit was marked by a series of disappointments that marred the overall experience.

One of the most glaring issues was the considerable delay in service, which considerably prolonged the anticipation for our meal. This delay not only tested patience but also hinted at potential inefficiencies within the restaurant's operations.

Upon the arrival of our ordered dishes, it became evident that the culinary execution fell below expectations. The Potatas Bravas, typically a simple yet satisfying offering, arrived at our table tepid, indicating a lapse in maintaining food temperature and freshness. Furthermore, the quality of other dishes failed to meet the expected standards, underscoring a deficiency in culinary consistency.

Compounding the culinary disappointments was the concerning state of hygiene within the premises. The presence of cockroaches in the restroom was not only unsanitary but also indicative of broader cleanliness issues that detracted from the overall ambiance and comfort of the establishment.

In summary, my experience at La Bouganvilla Malaga was far from satisfactory. The combination of prolonged wait times, subpar food quality, and hygiene concerns detracted significantly from what should have been an enjoyable dining occasion. It is my sincere hope that the management addresses these issues promptly to uphold the reputation and integrity of the...

-Food taste good but it takes an average of 30-40 mins to get it -First day I ate in this place they provided me with bread and when I asked about whether it's included in the meal or it has additional money, the waiter told me that's it's free and included in the meal -we came back the next day and ordered the exact same thing and got the exact piece of bread and suddenly i realized an additional cost was added (1.20 Euro per bread) when I asked another waiter and told him that just the other day I asked about this bread and it was free, the waiter replied back "yesterday is something and today is something else" in a very cold and rude way and made me pay for it even though I was informed just a day before that this bread is free he also made rude comment about his colleague that told us is free I can pay service but this is forcing and feel like stealing your money. They are being dishonest with you and take any opportunity to charge you with...

This is great place to eat in Malaga. The are open till late and most seating was outdoor. The weather was great so it was even better. Later on at night there were some rain showers but thankfully they had a huge awning so we were ok. The service was excellent. Our server was very polite, courteous, and efficient. And he spoke good English. We ordered Gambas al Pil Pil (peri peri prawns), not the typical peri peri sauce that you get at Nandos, but chilli oil. They were fantastic. However, for mains we ordered Andalusian beef steaks, they were a bit tough and chewy. We had Mojitos followed by some Black Label. Here, the server just brings the bottle over and keeps pouring until you say when. So no measure. Prices were very reasonable too. Overall it was a great experience. The missing 5th star is for the steak. Will definitely go there again and try some...

We drove from Granada winging without any hotel reservations. While looking for a place to eat in the Malaga city center we came across this restaurant. Great professional staffs, very energetic, elegant and hospitable owner. We ordered Calamari, Sea bass and grilled vegetables with beer for me and wine for my friend. The dishes were amazing especially the Sea bass. The owner even gave us complementary dessert wine and Tiramisu. I have never tasted Tiramisu so good. The restaurant was super busy, yet, owner Benito took time helping us with selecting hotel with parking and also recommended a good restaurant for traditional Pulpo a la gallega.

Your must dine in spot in Malaga Historic City Centre. We dined here for 3 of 4 nights. The food-exceptional (highly recommend the Jamon, Padre Peppers, and Paella). The Rioja is cheap and the refills are quick. The main man Stanley Tucci will file you in under the heated outdoor lamps at night but seating is tight so make sure to grab a table when you can. Favourite spot is an understatement. So accommodating and served us dinner at 11:40pm so if you need food before you go to one of the many busy clubs, they are a great spot to fuel up X

If I could give 6 stars I would. We had dinner or I guess tapas here and the food was excellent. We sat outside and watched the world go by while enjoying the excellent food. When we were finished the waiter told us to wait a moment and he served us a glass of dessert wine on the house. Then having paid and we were about to go he said, just a moment and he brought us the most delicious piece of cheesecake to share. An absolutely memorable and enjoyable experience. I can highly recommend this restaurant.
