We are a tour group from Taiwan. Today we stayed at a hotel about 170 meters away. Around 8:00 pm, we went to this store to buy some food and daily necessities for the evening. When we checked out, the clerk knew we were foreigners but kept speaking Spanish, which we didn't understand. We saw the price on the checkout machine was 34.98 euros, I gave her 50 euros, and she seemed to want us to pay with a credit card, even though we clearly saw a checkout counter next door that accepted cash. The clerk even asked her supervisor to come and talk to me. This elderly woman kept asking me to pay with a credit card in Spanish. I explained in English why I could pay right next door, but she kept insisting! My biggest complaint is that there was no sign at this checkout counter warning me to pay by credit card, so why did they insist on it? I told the elderly woman I wanted to pay cash at the counter next door, but she wouldn't let me. It's a truly unfriendly...
Read moreTried to obtain the discounts of club BM and couldn't download the app because its restricted by region (no idea why) and while I have been living in Spain for years and have a Spanish phone number and address and DNI the phone was originally registered abroad. One employee assured me that I could get a paper membership. Once I tried to do this at the caja the manager refused to do to do it shrugging her shoulders and telling me to call the customer service number which she did not provide. Basically she couldn't be bothered to do her job. I've never had issues with Spanish apps before and don't understand the need to have country restrictions in the app or the lack of options to accommodate. What if I was a grandma who did not own a smartphone? They've lost me forever as a client. Given that there are 5 supermarkets within 7 min it's not the smartest...

He visto que tenian gallos medianos ya fileteados a 9,95 euros la bandeja, sin especificar ni peso ni precio por kg. Cuando estaba a punto de coger la bandeja he visto que el gallo mediano sin filetear estaba a 9,95 euros el kg. Viendo la bandeja y el tamaño de los filetes me parecio que del gallo a 9,95 el kg y que se veia que pesaba bastante menos saldria una bandeja similar. Le pido a la pescadera que me pese el gallo y me dice que para filetes que coja la bandeja que no va a trabajar dos veces…insisto en que quiero un gallo de los enteros y que me lo haga filetes… a regañadientes me lo filetea… colo se pone muy pesada, ya le digo que me pese la bandeja que me acaba de filetear y compare con la que ella fileteo antes. Resultado: mis filetes 310gr, los de la bandeja 260gr. Precio delos recien fileteados, 6,77 euros, precio de la bandeja fileteada por ella antes: 9,95 euros… nada mas que añadir, intento de estafa al consumidor, mismo producto un precio 50% hinchado y sin etiquetar correctamente para engañarnos. Si quieren cobrar un 50% mas por el servicio de fileteado en el momento, que lo publiciten, ya me voy a otra pescaderia. Encima tengo que aguantar a la ‘pescadera’ diciendome que el fileteado es mas cara que pieza entera. Si ya lonse, pero es que me quieres cobrar mas por filetearlo por la mañana frente a filetearlo en el momento… si si comparando...
