It’s sad to see how a great place like this has changed for bad after changing the manager, staff is slow, rude and please don’t say anything or complain, as they will start to act as you are homophonic. This incident took place at Paseo de las Yeserias 15

With the previous manager lady the service was excellent and fast, considerate and friendly, but after this week awful experience not a place to recommend.

I was having lunch, and after 20 min of finishing my first course, I asked for the main course, and the waiter replied that he doesn’t tolerate disrespect (asking to bring you your food ordered 30 min ago is disrespect here), what about respect for my time???, I have to return to work! And the pace was half empty!!!

Even if the entire staff has seen that you have finished your meal, they won’t come to ask if you want something else, or if you want the bill… they just don’t care to give a good service, they just gather at the bar to make jokes and gossip.

One thing is clear, most of the office people that used to come here for lunch, were no longer here, no wonder why… I didn’t see that kind of customers, probably they lost them for the same reason.

Malísima experiencia. El martes 16, a las diez de la noche, salía del gym con muchísima hambre. Había quedado con mi novia para cenar aquí después de la universidad, así que me adelanté. Ni bien ingresé al local, una señora (al parecer de barra), con toda la mala gana y de forma grosera, en vez de darme la bienvenida me dice: “¿Sí? ¿Qué desea?”. En mi mente pensé: ¿Para qué cree que vengo a un restaurante, a ver películas? 😒. Solo le respondí: “Una mesa para cenar”. No me guió, solo me señaló una mesa como diciendo “esa de allí”, con una actitud pésima. Al sentarme, vino el camarero. (Para esto, habíamos escogido este lugar porque en la web vimos que tenían pollos a la brasa). Quiso tomarme el pedido sin darme la carta… Tuve que pedírsela y, cuando me la trajo, me la dejó sin decir nada. Mi novia tenía muchas ganas de comer pollo a la brasa, así que le dije: “Cuando salgas de la universidad, avísame diez minutos antes de llegar para ir pidiendo”. Llegó el momento y pedí medio pollo. El camarero me dice: “No tenemos pollo”. Si señores media hora después!! Estando el plato en su carta…😡 Seguí renegando por dentro… Llega mi novia y casi me mata jaja. No había pollo y ambos renegamos por el tiempo perdido. Para calmar las cosas, decidí pedir una parrilla. Le preguntamos al camarero si podían preparar la carne solo con sal y orégano (o al menos el pollo para mi novia). Y no respondió él, sino otra vez la señora, diciendo: “No, todo ya está aderezado”. Ya eran las 10:40 de la noche, no sabíamos dónde más cenar porque todos los locales estaban cerrando así que solo pedimos un tres leches para llevar… Al final, regresamos a casa, tomamos un lonche y nos fuimos a dormir. I love this place! I tried Peruvian food for the first time about a year ago and must say I was pleasantly surprised! If you love fish, you must try the ceviche! My personal favourite is the Lomo Saltado: chunks of beef in a rich sauce with red onions, red peppers, potatoes, served with rice. Out of this world! I always order the same because it is delicious.
