I've never been made to feel more embaressed. It's a shame because the shop is beautiful and things are reasonably priced. Firstly, the shop assistant was aggressively rude about me not taking photos of the clothes. Okay you have a policy but the way she spoke to me was unnecessarily aggressive. She then snatched the clothes away I was holding 'to put them at the back to try on' as if I was going to steal them. Afterwards I went to go and try on a dress (stretchy material ) as I wasn't sure If the body would be too long on me. To which the shop owner then said to me I could not try on the dress because it is too small for me.. she then tried to push another dress on me a different style same colour which was at least 2 sizes too big telling me that was my size. I've never been made to feel so embarrassed before. At this point I left. To point out as a woman I should never be made to feel embarrassed about my body as it is upto me if I think something would not suit me as a paying costumer. To point out I am a UK size S/M the alternative dress was easily an XL. I am both a foreigner and an ethnic minority. Especially the clerk she treated me with disdain. The short woman with blonde hair is so rude. When I first arrived she rushed me saying that she had to close in 10 minutes. I hurriedly bought a dress, not realizing until I arrived home that it was missing sequins. I went back to the store to try to return the dress, as it still had tags, receipt, and hadn’t been worn. She wouldn’t make eye contact with me and before I’d even finished explaining started interrupting me, pointing to the sign, and telling me to ‘read it, no refunds.’ She refused to listen to what I was saying, and wouldn’t even look at the dress, just told me it was my fault for not looking at the dress before I bought it. Horrible service, and will not be coming back for such an overpriced, bad quality, product, that can’t even be returned.

EDIT: IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: I did NOT wear the dress to the concert because when I arrived home after buying the dress, I saw that it was missing sequins. Pues una pena, conozco la tienda desde que abrieron ya que esta justo en frente de donde estudio. Al principio muy bien, pero con el tiempo los precios no estaban marcados y te decían el precio según la cara que te veían. Y el trato bastante regular. Pero esta semana compre unas botas, por 12€, el precio era correcto aunque era consciente de que las botas no eran de piel ni de buena calidad. Pero el estilo me gusto. Al día siguiente de comprarlas me las puse y a las dos horas la suela de una de las botas se despego, quedando sólo unido por la punta. Como iba a clase y era por la mañana y ya no volvía a mi casa hasta las 23 de la noche fui a la tienda a ver que solución me daban. Y cual fue mi sorpresa cuando me recibieron de malas maneras y su primera pregunta fue que por qué las llevaba puestas, lo segundo que me dijeron fue que se las llevara otro día (como si fuera sensato o seguro pasar todo el día con una bota de tacón alto a punto de romperse), después me dijeron que compraba segunda mano y esas eran las consecuencias, luego que el precio de las botas era muy barato, que debería haber comprobado antes que estaban en buen estado, por fin me dejaron unas botas para poder pasar el día y me dijeron que arreglarían las mías, pero que no tenían tiempo y que con las fiestas no sabían cuando lo iban a poder hacer y ante mi insistencia de una fecha me dijeron que me llevara las otras botas que me habían dejado (botas que no me gustan y que sólo cogí para no ir descalza y porque eran las únicas de mi número) que ellos arreglarían las mías y las pondrían a la venta. No me dejaron mas remedio que coger mis botas por la fuerza y llevármelas, no sin antes ser insultada y tildada de ladrona. Mi intención inicial era llevar yo misma las botas al zapatero ese mismo día y volver con el ticket, si me pagaban el arreglo les devolvía el otro par de botas. Pero después me cruce con otra persona de esta tienda que me persiguió por la calle y de muy malas maneras me dijo que lo que había pasado, por su parte estaba todo bien hecho y que yo era una ladrona. Así que ni volveré, ni lo voy a recomendar, ni devolveré nada. Prefiero ser ladrona que estafada y...
