THUNDER Vegan La Latina — Restaurant in Madrid

We are really impressed about the flavors. I’m vegetarian but my partner eats everything and tried with me several times. Normally he isn’t too happy with the vegetarian option’s. He went for a bacon burger and loved it even more then regular burgers. I took the Nashville one in chicken version. Super crunchy and filling of taste. Hoping this concept works out. A def big recommendation from us. Sadly we didn’t took any pictures. But they look similar to the picture ones. And the Co-Founder is working here as well and she’s full of positive energy. Vegan burger place near La Latina metro.

It’s my first time trying a vegan “chicken” burger and I was not disappointed! The crunch in the “chicken” fillet was very good, though the actual texture of the inside felt more like a chicken nugget. That aside, I would have this again in the future.

I got the Nashville burger. It lacked heat. I was hoping it would be more spicy. The guacamole in the Nashville burger was not great and took away from the overall taste.

Ayer comi la mejor hamburguesa vegana en Madrid, y entra en el top que he comido en mi vida despues de probar por todo Europa, y Sudamerica y más. Especificamente, pedi la version Thunder de "carne", en combo con bebida, papas y salsa Thunder en mi caso que era simil a mostaza y miel. Buen precio, barato e increible con una terraza divina para disfrutar la noche madrileña.

La hamburguesa estaba super bien balanceada, el "bacon" o panceta está increiblemente bien logrado, y balanceaba perfecto la hamburguesa. El hash brown delicioso asi como la salsa y todo el resto. De esas comidas que no quieres terminar para que no se acabe el sabor. Las papas riquisimas, no grasosas y la salsa la complementaba super bien. Y la atención de Ana fue un lujo! Super amable, paciente y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos y mas.

Volveria sin dudarlo. Me hizo viajar en el tiempo a tiempos donde aun no comia plant based, y disfrutaba ir a comer a hamburgueserias para conseguir ese sabor especial que no consigues en casa.

Me senti como Anton Ego en la pelicula Ratatouille cuando viaja a su infancia sensorialmente al probar el plato. De esas muestras de que no por ser vegana, la comida "pierde" algo. Realmente es en estos lugares donde se desmiente esto, y la recomiendo tanto para quien sea vegano o vegetariano, como para cualquier persona que ame disfrutar este tipo de comida.
