If you get some eye contact from a waiter consider yourself lucky. My son and I received our tapas in 35 seconds from ordering, it was luke warm and distinctly microwaved, my wife waited for 20 mins but it was at least hot. As the person who brought it (not calling him a waiter) he put it down and made a raised eyebrow face (no words of course) as if she should be incredibly grateful he had brought it, no sign of an apology for the delay but at least he looked in her direction. He looks away as he put mine down. And this may not be the restaurants fault but every other corner you turn in the La Latina district one is hit by a wall of the smell of hot pi*s. This was evident every day we walked around that area. Most of Madrid is beautiful but a good part of an area frequented by tourists and citizens alike smells like...

I loved the place and the food, but the service was a little slow to a point that my friend stood up and looked for a staff member and then they told us that a specific person is assigned to attend our table.

We had patatas, croquettas, y tabla de queso for starters, and we had shrimp, cachopo, which was a little uncooked like you can literally see that pinkish meat. And by the way, the squid croquettas was amazing, but I didn't like the blue cheese.

On the other hand, drinks were amazing!I loved the vino tinto and the apple cider sangria!

Also, as much as we enjoyed our dining experience, I think they should be a little more courteous in telling the costumers that they need the table for the other...

I am giving 4 stars because it was bad but because the service wasn’t premium (or worth 5 stars). The food was tasteful and I can assure you that it reminds of Asturias (the region that the restaurant wishes to represent). We decided to ask all dishes to share, they were well cooked and served all together, and we had 4 bottles of wine. In the end we paid 24€ per person and we came out full and satisfied. It has a great environment but the staff deserves a little more care for the people they serve and probably they will get a 5 star rating. Amazing place to taste Asturias if you go to Madrid!...

On my last day in Madrid I decided to check this place by myself. I ordered a cidra without realizing that meant the whole bottle. Nonetheless, I Frankie’s the whole bottle like a champ. I left a bit tipsy, but happy. The cider was the delicious! I also grabbed a few of the croquetas; one for each of their kind. My favorite was the “Croqueta de Cabrales, nueces y pasas”, which had a pungent but delicious goat cheese filling. I liked it so much I order a second round of croquetas. Mind you, I was all by myself.
