This was one of the best facials I had in a very long time while living in Madrid for the past 2 years. My facial was this past Saturday and it is five days later and my skin looks clearer and it is so much softer. Vanessa is simply amazing in her helpful tips (fluent in English and Spanish) and wanting to heal the problem spots from the outgo and has a solution and plan for me in moving forward. She is honest, friendly and a clear believer in practicing what she preaches. I will be here every month and felt like it was definitely value for my money to get the needed cleaning for the first session that I requested. The 80 minutes were fully used and I felt I finally found an expert in Madrid who knew how to give me a proper facial. The atmosphere was simple, cozy and exactly what I was looking for. I will be back every month and cannot say enough how happy I am in finding this...

Vanessa is AMAZING. I've suffered from cystic acne and rosacea since moving to Madrid and no facial treatment, product or diet has been able to clear it up. After one facial with Vanessa and two weeks of using the products she recommended for me, my skin is looking the best it has in the 5 years I’ve lived here!! I have not had an active break out since the facial and the breakouts I had before totally cleared up within 5 days of the facial. Even bumps that I had had for months. INCREDIBLE!

This is my first facial experience, and I’m so glad I got to have it here with Vanessa. She walked me through the entire process and it was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep on the table. My skin afterwards didn’t look real at all. I had no idea the black spots on my face could disappear like that. Vanessa also speaks perfect English, which was a huge relief for a visiting tourist like me. A bit on the pricier side, but it’s worth it for the quality experience and the quality products used. Highly recommend! Will definitely visit again...
