Treated horribly from the staff, asked for the brand of a jacket and got told “Of course you care about the brand”, rudely. The jacket was 400€, of course I care about the brand, it is not cheap and if I ever want to sell it, I would want to know where it is from. She then went onto saying “don’t worry someone else who doesn’t care about the brand will want the jacket” this is disgusting customer service, and if it were for a nicer saleswoman, I would have gotten the jacket. The accusations about invasion of privacy of another client are not only false, but you only mentioned it once you got pissed off. Next time, learn how to treat clients by answering a simple and reasonable question and you will be treated back with respect, that is the bare minimum.
