The pros: . The service was immaculate. Our server was wonderfully nice and made it easy for us to find a table comfortable enough for two big guys. . The food didn't take too long to arrive. . Once it arrived though, I was genuinely surprised by how delicious my burger was, seeing as I was expecting to be let down by it. . The bathroom is clean enough, and the AC was on high, which I appreciated in this weather. . The location.

The cons: . The prices... The sandwich I had? I'd gladly pay around 12€ for it, but it cost me like, 14,60€, which is way too much, especially given how it was on the smaller side, which I again did not appreciate because it should've been way bigger for that price point. . I was very much taken aback by the fact that, if you wanted to get a dipping sauce or something of the sorts, it's 1€ and up. If you wanted extras added to your already expensive burger? You gotta pay for them. A tomato slice is 0,50€, pickles are 1€, etc. The burgers are already too expensive, and they have the audacity to make me pay if I wanted extra veggies? Not even bacon or chicken, just veggies. . The drinks are also too expensive for what they're worth.

This certainly isn't a bad establishment, but it's hard to say it's much better than average. The service was quite good, since the staff were kind and helpful. But beyond that, there wasn't much to rave about, certainly nothing that would justify the 4.7 star rating on Google. The food was average, the wait times weren't really that quick, and the supposedly "hot" dishes were quite mild. All this would be fine if the food was cheap, but for what we ate, there are definitely less expensive options out there.

Roost Chicken es una franquicia de estilo americano especializada en pollo frito que busca destacar en el mundo de las burgers. Mi experiencia fue variada, con algunos puntos muy positivos y otros que podrían mejorar. Las burgers: Parmayo: Esta burger fue, sin duda, la estrella de la experiencia. El pan brioche estaba suave y ligeramente dulce, complementando perfectamente el pollo frito, que tenía un rebozado crujiente y sabroso. La salsa Mayostar aportaba un toque cremoso con un punto de sabor que realzaba cada bocado. El bacon, los pepinillos y la lechuga iceberg aportaban frescura y textura, mientras que el queso parmesano le daba ese extra de intensidad que la hacía destacar. La recomiendo 100%. Smash Trufada: En este caso, la experiencia fue más decepcionante. A pesar de que la idea es atractiva, el pollo (al no ser frito) resultó bastante insípido, y la burger en general carecía de sabor. La salsa trufada y el huevo frito no lograron compensar la falta de intensidad del pollo. Definitivamente, recomiendo optar por las burgers con pollo frito, que es donde Roost Chicken realmente brilla. Otros aspectos: Las patatas: Un punto negativo fue que sirven patatas de bolsa, algo que resta calidad a la experiencia gastronómica. Unas patatas caseras o con un toque más trabajado habrían elevado mucho el nivel. El servicio: Correcto, aunque sin destacar. El personal atiende de forma eficiente, pero sin ofrecer una experiencia especialmente memorable. El local: Amplio y bien distribuido, con dos plantas que permiten una mayor comodidad.
