the shelves themselves are very nice, but the whole customer service was a horrible experience that I don’t wish for anyone.

They came to install the shelf not two,not three, but FOUR times because they measured wrong and/ or ordered the wrong sizes. Every time they realized only once they were in the middle of the installment, after making our whole apartment dirty and cutting wood inside it, that they then couldn’t continue because of a wrong measurement. We had to order a cleaning service afterwards because the dust went into all the rooms and spread throughout the apartment. Even the walls were dirty.

Then, to top it off, the company didn’t even apologize or call proactively. Instead they blamed it on ‘being human’ and these things can happen in every place. Sure, but not several times in a row. For something so expensive, the customer should be treated a lot better and no compensation was offered from their side.

We had to chase the whole process of communication, take the lead, and then the third time they came to install, they came outside of the hours we discussed without a heads-up- So that I had to cancel another important meeting I had. They then cut the wood the wrong size on the site, and realized they had to get a new one from their store. The insane thing for me is that the store was still open another hour and a 20 min drive, but they said they wouldn’t install it now. What a horrible customer service.

Oh and lastly, the business manager of that particular store was on vacation throughout the second time it went wrong, and then never replied to our email of complaint.

We are very disappointed with their service, and the fact that the shelves themselves are nice (which are manufactured somewhere else), doesn’t make up for the treatment of us. A horrible customer service just doesn’t justify a...

No los conocía, y fue por casualidad. Les encargué el diseño y montaje del despacho partiendo de cero, y ha sido todo muy profesional: realizan el diseño e incorporan las ideas que les trasladas, muy buena ejecución del montaje y atención personalizada ante cualquier duda o sugerencia, además de agilidad en la respuesta. Es cierto que no es barato, pero la calidad de materiales, la ejecución de buenos profesionales en toda la cadena ,desde el diseño hasta el montaje final,...
