An experience that I want to repeat soon, the best chocolate I´ve ever had. From the moment I was reading the signs made in a wonderful handwritten stile, I knew that place was magical. I started to gaze the job of this wizard of the chocolate in the other side of the window, when he invited me to come in. There I was looking his majestic pieces of art, chocolates in all their esplendor, white, black, truffles, I was having a moment of so much happiness, like a child in a candy shop, but this one made wonders with the senses, this maestro was listening to classical music, which helped to this unique immersion. 💎 🍫 HIDDEN GEM ARTISAN CHOCOLATE SHOP!

I came upon this small shop as I was walking down the alleyway leading to the metro. I saw the sign for €2 hot chocolate, saw the nice man making chocolate inside, and I just had to go in.

I ordered a cup of his hot chocolate, made with organic cocoa beans and organic cane sugar. The cup is a bit small, though it's a delightful treat that won't make you feel too guilty! Plus organic. :) I also bought his mint chocolate bar for €3. There is minty goodness in each morsel! The dark chocolate quality is topnotch and NOT SWEET!

The chocolatier is such a kind man! He is originally from Belgium (chocolate heaven). He speaks Dutch, French, Spanish, and English. If you're in Madrid, I highly recommend checking out Chocolala Belga and supporting this small...

This place is the cutest chocolate shop. They have a variety of truffles, chocolate bars and other chocolate treats. I got the hot chocolate and it was okay. I think my Peruvian/American tongue is used to thicker and sweeter hot chocolate but it did taste very authentic and “chocolate-ty”. They only used oat milk which may turn off some people but I am lactose intolerant so I was happy:) the service was super great and the atmosphere was adorable. My only critique would be the hot chocolate. I may have expected something more similar to a French or Italian hot chocolate. Overall though, I would definitely go again to try their...
