Am writing this review regarding to my experience with them,as i have bought a drone DJI Mini 2 and it was with warranty 3 years after 7 months I have only used my drone 3 times only,and i have well taking care of it and once i want it use the carma Gamble wasn't stiblized so there were technical problem regarding to the camera gamble,so i went to fnac to fixed with my warranty and the customer care were nice and the checked my drone and there were no any damage or scratch and they have checked and they said there are no any damage to the drone that i did as the warrenty dose not cover any damage i droped it,so was cleared and they take it to be fixed on the 15th of September 2022 and i have waited until 26th of November 2022 and then they telling me that i have to pay for the shipping and fixing the damge as it's not covered in the warranty as in the warranty policy that it should be covered ,so i paid €133 to fixed and paid for the shipping as they send it to Barcelona and that all on my expensise as i shouldn't paid for that ,so i paid it all and they told me will only take 2 weeks maximum and i went today 21st of December 2022 and they are telling me that they still haven't got it yet ,and they don't know how long will take to get it back ,so tell me what you think about this. They told us they had no more in stock but that they would order them and the computer would guaranteed be available for pickup on Monday. We paid the full amount and trusted that we could come back for it two days later. On Monday we returned in the late morning and were told that the computer was not available and would not be in time for us to pick it up before continuing our travels.
