El Savoy es un clásico de Palma, una de esas barras que parecen detenidas en el tiempo y que precisamente por eso resultan imprescindibles. Lo regenta una pareja con las manos curtidas y llenas de historias, guardianes de un modo de entender la hostelería que ya casi no existe.
