zara — Local services in Palma

We visited this shop 2 times during our trip in Mallorca. First time was busy but not too much but the lady at the check out was super slow. She kept talking with everybody and we were just standing there while she was holding our clothes in her hand🤷🏻‍♀️

The second time the shop was crazy busy but the staff at the second floor was really helpful. The fitting room was full on the first and second floor so we went to the third floor for men and it was available.

At the check out at first we were at second floor and the line was LONG so we went up to the third floor and it was long as well but we decided to stay there and everything went super fast at the third floor.

The staff there was super fast and while we walked down to the second floor the girl who was in front of us still in the line😂

So yeah it's a big shop and some staff is helpful some is not

They forgot to put 1 of the 4 items I bought inside the bag. I contacted the same day of the purchase their Helpdesk on WhatsApp where their agent Monica pretended that she placed my case in their system and told me my case will be reviewed and they will get back to me within 48h. After 48h I went back to the store since I didn’t hear from them only to be asked by the employees to call their Helpdesk (while physically there😂) Monica took my call and she told me that there was no case under my name… (MONICA😂) it’s been over 72h now spoiler alert no update… asked to speak with her senior didn’t receive any call… 1st time writing a bad review but you better believe it is WELL deserved to put it mildly! Unprofessional and poorly...

Always used this Zara every year that we come to Majorca. But today for no reason at all I was grabbed by police and in store security and a female member of staff and taken away from my family and forced to hand over my ID. When I asked in English what was going on and what have I supposedly done, all I was met with is '1 moment' no one would explain to me what was going on.

Both my kids we upset and crying and then I was just let go with no apology or anything. I understand that they were doing their job but common decency would be to apologise. I then put back every item we had picked up and left and I'll never spend a penny in Zara again. Appalling treatment...
