rooftop dining palma — Attraction in Palma

My brother and myself shared this memorable experience to celebrate his birthday and retirement, the fact that it was just ourselves actually was a bonus as we were blessed to have a more personal evening with our wonderful hosts Andreas, Manuelea and of course Domingo.Truly there are not enough words to describe the evening other than pure perfection in every way, the hosting skils and personalities of our hosts, the ambiance of their wonderful house and of course the absolutley delightful food and drink served with laughter , entertainment, information and generosity of spirit, created a lifetime memory for myself and my brother, the world is such a small place and time is short so i do not often go back to revisit experiences but this will be my exception to that rule . Mallorca hat einiges zu bieten und Palma ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis. Doch wenn man wirklich gut Essen möchte, dann enttäuschen viele Angebote. So sind wir auf das Rooftop Dining gekommen und es war einfach fantastisch. Authentische Tapas, die man so kaum noch findet. Exzellenter Wein und eine Location mitten in Palma, zu der man sonst wohl nie Zugang haben wird. Der Rundumblick von der zweiten!!! Terrasse ist sagenhaft. In der unteren Terrasse sitzt man geschützt und gemütlich.

Die beiden Gastgeber sind super herzlich und wir sind aus dem Quatschen nicht mehr rausgekommen. Unglaublich, die Stories, die wir und anhören durften. Hier erlebt man was es bedeutet aus Deutschland auszuwandern und auf Mallorca Fuß zu fassen. Und dann kam auch die Auflösung, warum das Essen hervorragend war: sie hatten u.a. in Hamburg Ottensen eine Tapas-Bar.

Wer das Außergewöhnliche sucht, Palma mal von oben sehen möchte, hervorragendes Essen und Weine genießen möchte und dabei von zwei tollen Menschen in ihre privaten Räume, mitten in Palmas Altstadt, eingeladen werden möchte, der sollte hier unbedingt versuchen den Tisch zu buchen. Nicht nur ein Geheimtipp, sondern ein echter Knaller!!!

Erneuter Besuch und es war wieder klasse. Einfach die besten Tapas...

My wife and I signed up for this event while here in Majorca and it was the coolest experience we've had while traveling internationally. Andreas and Manuela are so friendly and inviting and fun to talk to and share past experiences with - great stories all around. The paella was truly something to write about and they also made a killer sangria and other drinks as well. We will definitely do this again when we visit...
