The service wasnt very pleasent, instead of solving the problem, they worsen it. We wanted to purchase 27 fans and they were meant to be presents. The cashier said they have to remove original labels because these are their policies. But that will make them look like they have been used before. We asked if we can find another solution, the cashier was already annoyed she called her manager (who btw couldnt even say a word in English :( ) we said we really care about the tags becuase it proves the authenticity of the item and place of its origin, the manager said in Spanish that we are done and they will not sell it to us ….. in the end we found a resolution but I think that the staff was so mean and unprofessional … if only they had fans in other stores we would not purchase anything at that particular...

El lugar muy bonito todo adecuado, pero la señora llamada Rocio, una persona poco amable y antipática bastante, un trato inadecuado hacia un menos, un vacileo inmenso, una imposibilidad de poner la hoja de reclamaciones, apartes inventándose normativas que no salen en ningún libro guardado.
