Sandro — Local services in San Sebastián

I usually don't bother writing reviews of clothing stores. The experience I got at Sandro of San Sebastián was so out of this world that I had to share it. Anyone who shops at Sandro already knows about the quality and feast for the eyes that are their clothes. It's not cheap, but hey, that's what it costs for quality, unique designs. With that said, it's the level of customer service that elevated my experience to the next level. First, I went in with my stinky, still wet clothes from the day at the beach, 10 mins before closing. I did not look like I belonged in that store, let alone someone who was going to buy 500EUR worth of merchandise. The staff greeted me with a smile nonetheless. Second, they are the ONLY store where the staff told me about the VAT tax refund for non EU residents WITHOUT me asking. Most places don't do it unless you ask, because it's an extra hassle for them. The system was not cooperating to print the form, and at this point, the store was closed. No problem, the lady said, what address are you are staying at, we will deliver the tax refund form to you the next morning. True to their word, the lady delivered it to me in person, the next morning. Wow. I will certainly shop there again on my next trip. And to you lady, I wish I knew your name,...

La ropa fabulosa como siempre pero las dependientas con cara de susto y con un -hola cerramos en 40'🙄 Jaja vamos que hola pero no te líes jaja Soy muy fan de Sandro pero alucino con selección de personal o la falta de pautas. En donosti las boutique te tratan de una manera más personal y agradable. Me he ido con ganas de un abrigo pero por no preguntar y ' molestara'me he ido con las ganas..siempre...
