Jag gick till apoteket för att hämta ut medicin mot huvudvärk. Stället var rent och välordnat, och jag hittade det mesta jag behövde. Men när jag frågade om en viss produkt var personalen osäker och var tvungen att kalla på en kollega, vilket tog extra tid. Vid ett tillfälle stod jag också i kö i nästan 10 minuter trots att det bara var några få kunder. Sammantaget var det en medelbra upplevelse – inte dåligt, men inte...
