I visited the Slussen store yesterday, a very lovely store, however I was looking for some Tarot cards and when asking the lady at the cashier if they had any, she pointed at some cards and told me they were in Swedish, which I answered that I would need it in english.

She responded " You have to learn Swedish"

She tried to recommend another store, which was nice of her, but I cannot allow this type of comments coming from an employee... It is truly inappropriate.

Once speaking to one other customer inside the store, we were asked to end the conversation and leave to let other people coming in the store, (I must have been in the store for 10min max) which was to my opinion another very rude act from this employee.

I understand the Covid restrictions, but this is not a way to behave with customers, it is border line unprofessional especially after the first happening.

I truly hope that the management will brief their employees on things you should not say in 2021, to customers, especially towards...

100% recommend, the staff is extremely nice, friendly and educated about the products! they have a LOT of different crystals which is awesome. An incredibly lovely, warm and knowledgeable member of staff in a great shop. Small, but lots to see and many treasures to find - for mineral fans a good number of rare/less commonly seen specimens also. Ethical sourcing wherever possible a nice touch. My favourite shop...
