I have been here several times but my last visit was terrible. I had the experience of the staff being great (and we left a 5 star review before) but this time they were rude and inattentive. I had booked 2 weeks in advance, announced that I had a booking and someone told me that it was okay to seat outside. Then, we got the menus and 15 minutes later, the girls asked each other if anyone had spoken to us, finally one of them came by, but didn’t offer us any of the treatment anyone else was getting, she didn’t asked anything, had any sort of conversation or offered any of the things everyone else was being offered. I then went again and told them that we weren’t just seating there and had a booking. They reacted with a “oh no worries!” As if it was my fault? But even then they kept on ignoring our table for the rest of the night, no one came to get our plates after we were done, offered any more drinks or dessert and when I went to pay, the girl that was “our waitress” was just like “oh yeah, no we’re very nice, good you liked the food”. I have never felt more ignored and left out before at any restaurant. My praises are totally gone, I will also stop recommending this place to every person that asked me where to eat while visiting Stockholm.
