東京新吃法!BELLINI PASTA PASTA熱熔起司漢堡排報到
三澧餐飲集團推出東京時下漢堡排新吃法,由日本三澧集團料理顧問伊藤先生特別前來台灣,為喜愛漢堡排的消費者打造東京新食感。BELLINI PASTA PASTA將聯手 MOLINO於11月20日至2024年1月14日期間,推出三款口味熱熔起司漢堡排——「明太子洋芋泥漢堡排」、「鮮酪梨帕達諾漢堡排」與「厚切培根番茄漢堡排」,搭配東京風味的起司醬,溫暖一整個冬季。
東京風味起司醬混和3款起司及北海道鮮奶油、牛乳調配而成,口感滑順輕盈帶著濃郁的牛乳香,是漢堡排的靈魂醬汁。漢堡肉特別選用美國100%純牛肉以肥瘦比例調配至最佳的口感,搭配碎洋蔥和簡單的鹽、胡椒調味,透過主廚的巧手拍打,漢堡排呈現純手打的肉感與黏性,再以高溫油煎1分鐘鎖住肉汁後直接放入烤箱高溫烘烤15分鐘。
漢堡肉出爐後,先將洋蔥舖墊於高溫加熱的鑄鐵鍋上,再置上剛出爐的牛肉漢堡排,肉汁飽滿的漢堡排在高溫的鑄鐵鍋中,於上桌時在桌邊淋上熱熔起司醬,冒著熱氣騰騰的奶香撲鼻,在寒冷的冬季中特別療癒。
「明太子洋芋泥漢堡排」嚴選日本福岡明太子每份漢堡排約有20g厚重,炙燒後增添明太子濃郁的香氣,搭配明太子洋芋泥與多汁牛肉漢堡排及起司醬,口中充滿著濃郁明太子的滋味,風味層次明顯特別適合喜愛明太子的朋友品嚐,是款大人風味的漢堡排。
伊藤先生為喜愛自然健康的美食者帶來「鮮酪梨帕達諾漢堡排」,號稱超級食物的酪梨不僅有豐富的礦物質,還有多種維生素A、C、E、B6、維生素B12,熟成新鮮酪梨口感有如奶油般絲滑,香氣清新自然,搭配牛肉漢堡排溫柔的口感著實滿分。
「厚切培根番茄漢堡排」使用台灣豬肉的厚切培根口感厚實,搭配牛番茄熬煮的番茄醬汁與起司醬微酸甜的滋味在口中化開,是小朋友與大人最開心的滋味。

The New Tokyo Twist! BELLINI PASTA PASTA Introduces Sizzling Cheese Hamburgers
The Three Lakes Food Group is unveiling a new take on hamburgers popular in Tokyo. Mr. Ito, the culinary consultant from Japan's Three Lakes Group, specially arrived in Taiwan to craft a novel Tokyo-style experience for burger enthusiasts. Collaborating with MOLINO from November 20th to January 14th, 2024, BELLINI PASTA PASTA is launching three flavors of sizzling cheese hamburgers: "Mentaiko Mashed Potato Burger," "Avocado Padano Burger," and "Thick-Cut Bacon Tomato Burger," accompanied by Tokyo-flavored cheese sauce to warm up the entire winter season.
The Tokyo-flavored cheese sauce, a blend of three cheeses, Hokkaido fresh cream, and milk, delivers a smooth and creamy texture with a rich milk aroma, constituting the soul of these hamburgers. The burger patty is crafted using 100% pure American beef, meticulously balanced between lean and fat for the best texture. Mixed with minced onions, seasoned simply with salt and pepper, the chef's skillful hands shape the patties to exhibit a handmade texture and stickiness. They are seared in high-temperature oil for 1 minute to lock in the juices and then baked at high heat for 15 minutes in the oven.
Once the burger patties are ready, onions are first placed on a cast-iron skillet heated at high temperature. Then, the freshly baked beef burger patties, rich with juices, are placed on top. Just before serving, the sizzling cheese sauce is drizzled tableside over the hot skillet, emitting a steamy aroma of milk, particularly soothing in the chilly winter.
The "Mentaiko Mashed Potato Burger" features selected Fukuoka Mentaiko, approximately 20g per burger patty, imparting a robust aroma after being seared. Combined with mashed potato and juicy beef burger patties along with cheese sauce, it offers a mouthful filled with the distinct and rich flavor of Mentaiko, perfect for those who adore its taste, presenting an adult-oriented burger.
Mr. Ito brings the "Avocado Padano Burger" for health-conscious food lovers. The avocado, known as a superfood, not only boasts abundant minerals but also contains various vitamins A, C, E, B6, and B12. The ripe avocado's texture is as smooth as cream, with a fresh and natural fragrance, complementing the gentle texture of the beef burger patty splendidly.
The "Thick-Cut Bacon Tomato Burger" utilizes Taiwan pork bacon, providing a robust texture, combined with a cheese sauce infused with the sweet and tangy flavors of simmered beef tomatoes. This burger caters to both children and adults, delivering a delightful taste.

On weekday,successfully visited at last without booking. The staff of the entrance,different from the last visit, was kind and comfortable to be served.
About the their dishes,pasta was good not too boiled like most other Italian restaurants in Taiwan,but other was not to my taste unfortunately. The ingredients of pizza was too small,not be able to enjoy cheese taste,which I always expect to enjoy,the most loving point when I eat pizza. I ordered lunch set items with additional fee of $80. Salad's dressing was a bit too sweet for me and the bread was much smaller than I expected, a bit disappointed point. I don't recommend to order meal sets personally.
