👍🏻

  1. Chef Natcha is knowledgeable, and the skills she taught, could be used for Thai cooking at home
  2. Nice kitchen setup, could be cramp if many participants at once
  3. The session is rather relax and enjoyable
  4. Food that we made tasted really good, almost the same street food that we have tried

👎🏻 5) Quite hard to find the cooking school, as it is also a walking tour, bike tour outlet, with the cooking attached (on the mezzanine floor). Thanks to a local Thai lady, whom shown us the place 6) Located inside a day time market, that could be the reason why it is hard to locate. More so if you are using Grab car service, we put a nearby restaurant/cafe as destination (after some trying on the address) 7) We asked the host if could replace the Som Tam with something else. It was not replaced, but was removed from the street food menu totally. We only realised that later. So we were charged the full amount, with one item left out. We did not make any fuss. 8) The Thai tea ice cream was made in advance, so we did not get to learn...

We can’t say enough good things about our experience here! For starters, we are sisters from the United States and booked this cooking class based on other reviews. We are so glad we did. Queen (chef) Natcha made the experience so memorable. She is clearly well educated and cares so much about cooking, and we had a blast learning from her. We found the school very easily after taking a Grab to the market, and spent the first part of the class walking around the market with Natcha as she taught us about local ingredients and unique foods to Thailand. We then got right into cooking and it was just absolutely amazing; everything we cooked was delicious. We were absolutely stuffed full by the end. Id recommend this class to anyone that wants a more authentic food experience in Thailand, especially for those that don’t have much cooking skill like us. We loved every moment of it....

Without doubt one of the highlights of our first trip to Bangkok. To start with the setting is fantastic, located right in the heart of a wet market. You start the lesson off by visiting the market with the chef and collecting ingredients that you will later use, along with finding out more about the food being sold. We were lucky to have chef Natcha for just the two of us and the experinece that followed was memorable. We cooked five dishes including a cold noodle salad, masaman curry, spring rolls and sweet mango with sticky rice. Our chef Natcha was very knowledgeable, kind and encouraging throughout. Each dish was better than the last and we gained some great insight that we will certainly be using back home. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend it to anybody visiting...
