I recently visited Sarnies Bangkok coffee shop and would like to share my experience with you. The coffee shop has a nice location near the Shangri-La hotel, with many massage places nearby. However, I found the seats to be very uncomfortable, especially the seat for the gentleman, which was quite a killer. If you are a gentleman and let your girlfriend sit there, be warned! The coffee has a nice taste to it, but I don't think it's worth the price of 52 baht. The beans and sausage are spicy, so if you are a typical British person who expects Heinz baked beans, this might not be your kind of chill. However, if you're a bit more adventurous and like to go the extra mile to taste something more exotic and delicious, then this could be a great option for you. The hash brown was totally delicious and melted in my mouth like a combination of soft butter and bread. The coffee and cappuccino were just nice, and felt great after each sip. I also enjoyed the homemade feeling of the spiciness in the sausage and beans, although the beans were a non-sticky type which I don't usually prefer. Overall, while the seats were uncomfortable and the coffee was a bit expensive, I would recommend Sarnies Bangkok for their unique and delicious menu items. Just be prepared for a bit of spice in your meal

Had brunch at Sarnie's and it was absolutely wonderful! The vibe and service were top-notch, making our morning start on the brightest note. Here’s the lowdown on what we tried: 🍊 Orange Juice: Super underrated! The smoothest and creamiest orange juice ever. Ask for it with ice on the side to avoid dilution – it's a game-changer. 🍳 English Breakfast: Incredible. A hearty and fulfilling start to the day that can't be missed if you're feeling hungry. 🥑 Avocado Toast: For those with a lighter appetite, this is the perfect go-to. Simple, fresh, and delicious. 🍜 Tom Yum Eggs Benedict: Cute and creative, but not for the faint of heart with its spicy twist. Interesting, but perhaps an acquired taste for breakfast. In summary, the stand-out items that I’d recommend anyone to try are definitely the smooth and creamy orange juice, the rich and satisfying English breakfast, and the fresh avocado toast for something lighter. While the Tom Yum Eggs Benedict was a unique experience, it may not be for everyone, especially if you’re not a fan of spice in the morning. Overall, Sarnie's offers an exceptional dining experience with awesome service and very reasonable prices for the quality you get. Highly recommend for some really good vibes and a delightful brunch!

Gems ✨ sparkle ! Sarnies is right there. Atmosphere " Rocks " , bricks & stones & oil & smoke etched from another Era. Ship engine repairs they say 150 years ago. Now, fine eats starting w/ Sarnies Steak ( Fine Aussie beef ) sliced and like a stack of fallen dominos covering my Ciabatta wall to wall. Three cheese blend and melted like a lava flow over steak.I asked them to ditch the mushrooms and they listened , that constitutes excellent service insuring you get it the way you want it. I added smoky baked beans w/ bacon , 🏆 alert ! They have their own bar and create some great pairings like Pineapple & orange juice w/ thyme. Creative meter 🏆 and a chocolate shake fusion w/ expresso & coffee beans another Dynamic duo. Youth & beauty ,fine clientele, Chic industrial look , this is the spot to do a rerun , return again and again. Walked a short distance to their Twin @ Sarnies bakery. They are so good they don't even need a matching sign. It says Pizzeria & bakery. Sourdough pizza dough ✅, sesame besame mucho bagels, pastries ...another OMG moment. Thanks Sarnies for making the sojourn from Singapore , BKK welcomes you & strongly supports you !

A charming café in Charoen Krung area of Bangkok. It's an older part of the city, life is slower here and things fairly cheaper. Sarnies is located in an old house/workshop, almost a century old. They've retained most of the exterior and interior, which gives it a truly unique vibe. Love the grittiness yet sophistication. It's known for it's own coffee brews and sandwiches. My regular is either the Espresso or Dirty Espresso, paired with a build my own breakfast of sourdough, eggs, spinach, mushrooms and if in the mood pastrami and hash browns. The pastrami isn't truly New York style, it seems more likely cooked/recooked on a pan. The hash browns this time around were much better, crispier and not greasy. Their sourdoughs are excellent and amazing just with salted butter too. If you are in the mood for something sweet go for the brownie or when they have it the Hong Kong Style egg tarts. The coffee never disappoints, though the food isn't always consistent in terms of taste. Hence 4 stars.

If you’re in Bangkok and love a good café, Sarnies is a must-visit. Located at 101 Charoen Krung Soi 44, Bang Rak, it’s just a short walk from the BTS Saphan Taksin station. The café is housed in a 150-year-old building, previously a boat repair shop, retaining its original charm with rustic brickwork and concrete walls, enhanced by modern decor and plenty of natural light . The menu at Sarnies features a blend of Thai and Australian cuisine. Popular choices include the “Pimp My Breakfast Bowl” with scrambled eggs, a bagel, and veggies, and a vegan grain bowl with quinoa and hummus . Their coffee is a highlight, with house-roasted beans and unique drinks like the iced coconut long black . Service is friendly, though it can get busy on weekends. The café has a relaxed vibe, perfect for socializing, working, or enjoying a quiet meal . Sarnies offers a unique mix of great food, excellent coffee, and a cozy, historical setting, making it a top spot in Bangkok.
