Went there on 19th October 2024. Two weeks after the great 2024 chiang mai flood. Cleanliness is top notch despite the recent flood up to chest level in the shop.
I would say that this is the best burger i ever had in my life. Not joking or trolling but it really beats them all. Home made patties are juicy, buns are fluffy and perfect match. All are home made. The condiments, sauce are perfect. I usually grabbed some sauce while eating burgers, but not this one. The taste is already superb.
Don’t get tricked by the shabby looking shop. The owner mr muhammad silim is a very senior guy, previously worked as a hotel staff ( i assume a chef because the food is very good, and very attentive to our needs) is superbly kind and humble.
Not a fan of spaghetti carbonara, but his carbonara is also very good. We even asked him what’s the secret for a very good tasting carbonara and he gladly showed us the ingredients.
Price: very affordable. Surprisingly the notion “Cheap doesn’t equal to less tasy food” strongly applies here. Spent 830 baht for 2 burgers and fries, 1 pizza, 1 carbonara, 4 drinks.
A must come place when you are in chiang mai, especially if you want halal food+ the best burger. Now that’s a very rare...
Read moreWent to go eat there because it had a good rating. When I arrived, there was pre-made food but I wanted it freshly made. I was not allowed to eat there for some reason because it's Ramadan. She kept tried to sell pre-made burgers. And i had to keep telling her I'm not a Muslim and the world doesn't revolve around Islam. Now I've been studying abrahimic religions for a few years and nowhere does it state that they can't "cook" or serve food for other religious or non religious. If so, why even bother to have a open restaurant to begin with?
After further research, this street is Islamic and presume (after looking at the names) the neighbourhood upvote themselves. They may or may not make good burgers, but this is not Pakistan nor does others celebrate Ramadan. If so, close your store on holidays and address so. It seems a bit hypocritical to me.
Edit: when to the night bazzar 100m further down, just to find Muslims selling rottee. Which hopefully...
Read moreFatimah Burger House hit the spot for a burger craving! The burger was delicious and filling with a side of crinkle cut fries as well. It came with classic toppings and condiment bottles that were cold. We also ordered a small Hawaiian pizza and it was cheesy and meaty. It reminded me of homemade pizzas my aunt used to make and with oregano on top, it was homey and tasty! The owner was very welcoming and friendly as well. He even gave us a little bucket of ice to keep our drinks cold as it was so hot outside that the ice in our sodas would melt more quickly than usual. It was such an enjoyable eating out experience with food that's equally hearty...
