Avoid at all costs-- does NOT listen to client. I am left with a huge mess now to try to fix from someone who claimed to know how to cut cut my hair but left it a disaster. I came in for a simple haircut and told her MANY times to NOT cut my hair dry and to wash it, explaining that my hair breaks and splits very easily. She repeatedly told me she will cut only a little and then wash wet and then do the real cut. She started cutting off huge swaths and I told AGAIN her to stop and to wash my hair wet, explaining again how my hair would spilt and she refused and kept cutting. I clearly asked before too if she knew how to cut curly hair (you cut slowly ringlet by ringlet) and she said she did --- obviously not because she took huge batches of hair all once and did one fell swoop, resulting in an ugly pyramid shaped haircut. I should have walked right out then with half cut hair but I thought she would listen to my words as I continued telling her as she was cutting to wash it before cutting more. She then finally after cutting most of my hair off, FINALLY washed it with a painful head rub, and did the tiniest trim. Now I am left with a horrendous haircut that makes my hair incredibly frizzy, split ends EVERYWHERE, and now I have to pay someone else again to cut it -- and mind you I'll need at least 2cm off to fix what she's done which would make my hair way too short than I want but what else can I do when the other option is have this splitting afro?? Avoid...

Staffs are very polite but i had a bad experience today! I took my boyfriend to do perm last year and it looked nice so i came back to cut my hair together with him doing the perm again. However, I picked the wrong barber guy, he comb my hair upward and it was painful af. Can you imagine having damaged hair and your hair is wet after being washed, then he comb it upward, I cried. He cut my hair without asking first if the length was ok for me. He cut it too short then asked me after if I felt ok with the result. Like are you being serious right now? The hair was cut already, can you extend it back? I am not happy at all and my hair is too damn short, I requested wolf cut "LONG". - the person named "black" where the shop mentioned about bullshit...

This was my first hair cut since moving to BKK and I am extremely happy I found this place! I didn't have any problems communicating with my stylist or the staff. I told my stylist what I wanted one time and she cut my hair perfectly! Also, they don't just wash your hair here. The guy who washed my hair gave me a scalp and neck massage for ten minutes! A cut, shampoo, and blow dry was only 500 baht. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! I will be returning in a couple months. Also, it's only about an 8 minute walk from ThongLo BTS. I definitely recommend...
