The prawns are also very fresh, with a size that's just right—not too small, not too big. It's rare to find salmon at a BBQ buffet, and the salmon they provide is fresh and perfectly sized for grilling.

The meal ended with a custard pudding that was spot-on in both taste and texture. I was also impressed by the attentive service; the waitress kindly replaced our grill pan when it became too blackened, without us even needing to ask.
